1. Who we are
SafeKids360 is a parental-control service operated under the safekids.uz domain by SafeKids360 LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This page explains, in plain language, what data the SafeKids360 apps collect, why, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
2. Two apps, two roles
SafeKids360 ships as two separate Android apps:
- SafeKids360 — installed by a parent on their own phone. The parent uses it to view their child's location, configure schedules, app rules, and contact rules, and receive alerts.
- AlvaKids — installed by a parent on their child's phone, with the child's awareness. The child sees an AlvaKids app icon, a status screen, and an SOS button. SafeKids360 is a parental-control app, not stalkerware: it does not hide itself, does not impersonate another app, and does not run without the child's awareness.
Both apps are intended for use by a parent or legal guardian to supervise their own minor child.
3. Data we collect on the child device
The child app collects only the data classes listed below, and only while the parent's account remains active.
- Location (precise + background). GPS coordinates, accuracy radius, and the timestamp of capture. Used to show the child's location on the parent's map and to trigger geofence enter/exit alerts.
- App usage. Package name, app display name, and foreground duration. Used to populate the parent's screen-time dashboard and to enforce app-blocking rules the parent has configured.
- Foreground app changes (via the Accessibility service). The package and class name of the screen currently in the foreground. Used to detect when a blocked app is opened so the block screen can be shown. We do not capture the text content of any app screen.
- SOS event. When the child taps the SOS button, the child app sends the current GPS coordinates and a critical FCM push to the linked parent. We do not record audio.
- Device identifiers. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token, device ID, and a SafeKids360 installation ID. Used to deliver push notifications and to attribute events to the correct device.
- Web browsing history. Page titles and URLs of websites visited in supported browsers on the child device, captured via the Accessibility service. Used to enforce web-filtering rules and to show the parent a browsing history in the dashboard.
- YouTube watch activity. Titles of YouTube videos watched on the child device, captured via the Accessibility service. Used to give the parent visibility of video content viewed by the child.
- Installed-apps inventory. List of apps installed on the child device, together with install and uninstall events as they occur. Used to populate the app-rules screen and to enforce app-blocking rules the parent has configured.
- Device status. Battery level (as a percentage) and network connection type (Wi-Fi, mobile data, or none) of the child device. Used to display the child's device status on the parent dashboard.
- Android Device Administration. AlvaKids uses Android Device Administration to prevent the child from uninstalling the app without the parent's PIN. If Device Administration is disabled on the child device, the parent receives an alert and the uninstall-protection feature stops working until Device Administration is re-enabled.
4. Data we collect on the parent app
- Account data. Email address, display name, and an optional phone number. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.
- Configuration data. Schedules, app rules, geofences, contact rules, allow-lists, and any other parental controls the parent sets up. Stored against the parent's account on our backend.
- FCM token. Used to deliver push notifications to the parent device.
5. Data we do NOT collect
We deliberately do not collect any of the following, even if a permission was previously granted:
- SMS message content or metadata. Removed in the 2026-04-28 release.
- Call log content or metadata. Removed in the 2026-04-28 release.
- Notification content from other apps. Removed in the 2026-04-28 release.
- Microphone audio. Removed in the 2026-04-28 release.
- Photos, videos, or files stored on the child's device.
- Browser passwords or saved form data.
6. Recipients of data
Data flows only to the operational dependencies listed below. We do not sell data, we do not use it to serve advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for any purpose other than running the service.
- Our backend (
safekids.uz) — primary store for accounts, configuration, and recent events. - Firebase services operated by Google, limited to Authentication, Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and Crashlytics (crash reporting). The apps do not use Firebase Analytics or Performance Monitoring.
- Google Maps SDK — parent app only, to render the map view of the child's location.
7. Retention
- Raw events (location pings, app-usage samples, foreground-change events) are retained for 30 days and then purged.
- Aggregated daily and weekly statistics are retained while the parent account is active.
- On account deletion (see section 8), all account data, all linked child profiles, and all aggregates are purged.
8. Data deletion and your rights
You can delete your SafeKids360 account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — once complete, your account, all linked child profiles, and all associated data cannot be recovered.
- In-app (fastest): open the SafeKids360 app and go to Settings → My Account → Delete account. Your account, all linked child profiles, and all associated data are purged immediately and permanently during this request.
- Web form: if you no longer have access to your app or device, submit a request via the data-deletion form linked at the bottom of this page (route: /delete-account). Web requests are queued and processed by our team within 30 days. All data is then permanently and fully erased.
You also have the right to access, correct, and export the data tied to your account. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in section 11.
9. Children's privacy
SafeKids360 is designed for parents to supervise their own minor children. The child app is installed by the parent, who is the child's legal guardian and who consents to the processing on the child's behalf. Children's data is processed under the parent's account and is deleted when the parent deletes the account.
We do not knowingly accept accounts from children. If you believe a child has registered a parent account directly, contact us and we will remove the account.
10. Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS).
- Tokens on the device are stored in Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences.
- The parent dashboard cache is stored in SQLCipher.
- Our backend uses host-installed PostgreSQL with parameterized queries; backups are encrypted at rest.

12. Cookies and analytics
We use analytics services (currently Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics about visits to this website. This helps us understand which pages are most useful and improve the site.
What we collect via analytics: pages visited, approximate location at country and city level, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised before any data is stored. No account data and no children's data from the SafeKids360 or AlvaKids apps is ever sent to analytics.
Data processing location: Google Analytics data may be processed on Google servers outside your country of residence. Google LLC is the data processor for this service.
Consent (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland): if you visit from the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent banner will appear before any analytics cookies are set. You can accept or decline. Declining does not limit your access to any part of this website.
Visitors from other regions have analytics enabled by default, in accordance with applicable law.
Strictly necessary storage: we also store two items that are required for the site to function correctly and are not used for tracking: your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and your analytics consent choice. These are strictly necessary and do not require consent.
Opting out later: to remove analytics cookies, clear site data in your browser settings. You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
