Managing your Premium subscription

Premium turns SafeKids360 into a complete parental control set. The free plan keeps the essentials, while Premium opens up live tracking, history, and the most powerful protection controls.

What Premium unlocks

• Live location — see your child's position in real time and tap Go Live for an instant refresh (free plans see a fix no fresher than 15 minutes).
• Route history — replay where your child has been, day by day.
• Schedules — turn on Sleep and Study windows that lock the phone (free plans can create schedules but cannot enable them).
• App blocking — move an app to Always blocked.
• Browser history — view sites visited in the Browser tab.
• YouTube history — see watched video titles in the YouTube tab.
• Weekly reports — a full 7-day breakdown alongside the free daily report.

Start the 14-day free trial

1. Open the parent app and go to Settings > Subscription.
2. Tap Start free trial.
3. You get 14 days of full Premium access with no limits. A countdown banner appears when 5 days or fewer remain.

Subscribe

In Settings > Subscription you can choose a plan:

• Monthly
• 6-month
• Yearly

Current pricing is shown in the app on the subscription screen. In-app payment is not available yet, so right now Premium is activated by redeeming a promo code or by a grant from our team. See the Tip below to start Premium today with a promo code.

Cancel anytime

If you cancel, your Premium access stays active until your current expiry date and simply will not auto-renew. Nothing is taken away early.

If you ever need to stop Premium or have a question about billing, reach out from Settings > Get help and our team will take care of it.

Tip

If you have a promo code from a partner or campaign, you can restore Premium right away without waiting for the trial to end. See Using promo codes.
