Got a promo code from a campaign or from our support team? You can redeem it inside the SafeKids360 parent app in under a minute. A code either adds free premium days to your family or sets aside a discount for a later purchase.

Where to enter the code

Open the SafeKids360 parent app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Enter promo code.
Type the code exactly as you received it and tap Redeem.

Codes are not case sensitive, but extra spaces will cause a failure, so paste carefully.

The two kinds of codes

Free days codes extend your premium access. The moment you redeem one, premium turns on for the whole family and your subscription days are topped up. Live location, schedules, browser and YouTube history, weekly reports, and app blocking all unlock right away.

Discount codes do not add days. Instead they store a discount percentage that applies the next time you buy a plan, so the price you see at checkout is already reduced.

What happens after redeeming

For a free days code, open Settings > Subscription to confirm the new expiry date and remaining days. The change reaches your child's device within about 30 seconds, so any premium settings you had waiting will start working.

For a discount code, nothing changes today. The saved discount waits quietly until you open a plan to purchase.

If the code does not work

A code can be rejected because it is invalid, has already been used by your family, or has reached its total redemption limit. Re-check the spelling first. If you enter several codes in quick succession you may be asked to slow down for a minute. If a code you believe is valid keeps failing, reach out to support with the exact code.
